LESSONS LEARNED
very good thread sir Onerockstar thanks.....

what i learned as the most important thing investor should know is
"You must always protect your account - learn to cut losses around 7 to 8% below your buying price"
always follow your system or rules rather than your emotions

This is a great thread. Been reading this the whole night and I learned(?) alot. I just hope I can apply it on my trading strategies. Rolleyes

As for my "Lessons learned":
- Never let greed win over you. 20-30% gain is great, that's a lot already. Be happy that you have gained. Hehe
- Always have cash on hand in case some "yummy profitable stock" comes along. (BASURA)
- The magic of MA9 plus volume.
- There are a lot of hypers around. Be careful who you follow and listen to.
- Always set your cutloss price and target price (depends on the current trend of the stock)
- Always be informed of other indexes performance as well as price movement of common commodities (oil, gold, nickel etc...)

I hope this thread comes alive again and many will post after me. banana

Nice thread!!!

Here's my share:

Have patience. If the technical are indicating good and yet the stock is going down, have patience. Don't gamble your money in day trading if you don't have idea.

The investor must have a lot of patience and trust your judgement base on the data that you have gathered before buying the stock. Do not listen to the noises...

if your portfolio is in the red mark, don't panic! it is only a paper lost unless you sell it, eventually it will bounce back...

Lesson learned, wag na wag bibili kung di alam san magbebenta, I've been trading blindly before basta nasa top gainers sige habol, end up benta sa baba Sad kaya ngayon ayaw ko na maulit pa yon, huwag papasok sa isang stock na hindi inaral
